This stage focuses on visible finishing elements and wet-area preparation. It includes items such as architraves, skirting, doors, cornice or square set finishes, joinery, and confirmation that waterproofing has been carried out in wet areas as required.

The PCI / Final inspection takes place when the home is nearing practical completion. It is an opportunity to inspect the property inside and out, identify any items requiring attention before handover, and help ensure the home has been completed in accordance with the relevant documentation and standards before you take possession.
