What Does a Ninedots Franchisee Do?

As a Ninedots franchisee, you will manage and coordinate the client’s build journey from early planning through to completion, helping deliver low-stress, quality-assured outcomes and a more enjoyable residential construction experience.

Your role will include:

  • helping clients define their goals, priorities, budget, and project requirements
  • guiding clients through key early-stage decisions, including land considerations, builder selection, quote comparisons, and option reviews
  • liaising with builders and other industry parties to help ensure the client’s needs, preferences, and concerns are clearly understood and addressed
  • coordinating and managing the client journey across key stages of the build process, with a focus on communication, progress, and informed decision-making
  • supporting clients through contract review, building inspections, and project management services, including coordinating and managing discussions around inspection findings, defects, rectification items, and next steps
  • delivering and coordinating Ninedots floor plan experience services to help clients better understand their design, identify issues early, and make more confident decisions before construction progresses
  • building and maintaining strong relationships with local builders, suppliers, and referral partners to support both client outcomes and business growth
  • providing practical, independent advice that helps clients avoid costly mistakes, reduce stress, and achieve better overall outcomes throughout the build process
