If you havn’t yet committed to a builder and want expert support before moving forward, our Builder Selection Package is designed to help you make informed decisions at the most important stage of your build.
We work with you to identify the builder that best fits your budget, goals, design preferences, and project requirements. Along the way, we review your quote and contract to help ensure everything is clear, aligned with your expectations, and well understood before you sign or pay a deposit.

If you already have a builder in place and want independent oversight throughout construction, our Building Inspection Package provides quality assurance across the key stages of your build.
Each inspection is designed to help identify issues early, provide clear reporting, and give you greater clarity and confidence throughout the construction process. Any visible items noted in earlier reports are reinspected during scheduled stages at no additional cost, supporting clearer follow-up and a stronger focus on having items addressed, not just identified.

If you already have a builder in place and want ongoing support throughout construction, our Project Management service gives you experienced, independent oversight from site start through to handover.
This service is designed for clients who want more than stage inspections alone. In addition to the 5 core inspections, Ninedots stays involved throughout the build with additional site visits, fortnightly updates, progress payment review, variation support, builder communication, and handover assistance. The result is greater clarity, stronger support, and a more confidently managed build experience from start to finish.
