Each inspection is designed to help identify issues early, provide clear reporting, and give you greater clarity and confidence throughout the construction process. Any visible items noted in earlier reports are reinspected during scheduled stages at no additional cost, supporting clearer follow-up and a stronger focus on having items addressed, not just identified.

This service is designed for clients who want more than stage inspections alone. In addition to the 5 core inspections, Ninedots stays involved throughout the build with additional site visits, fortnightly updates, progress payment review, variation support, builder communication, and handover assistance. The result is greater clarity, stronger support, and a more confidently managed build experience from start to finish.
