Project Management gives you independent support during the most active stage of your build. It helps reduce stress, improve visibility, support timely communication with the builder, and provide confidence that the key quality, payment, and decision points are being independently overseen throughout construction.

Ninedots stays involved throughout the construction phase of your build, combining the 5 core inspections with additional site visits, fortnightly updates, progress payment review, variation support, builder communication, and handover assistance. The service is designed to give you greater clarity, stronger support, and a more confidently managed build experience from start to finish.

Building Inspections provide independent quality assurance at the key stages of construction through staged inspections and reporting. Project Management includes those inspections, but goes further by providing ongoing support throughout the build, including additional site involvement, builder communication, progress payment review, variation support, and handover assistance.

Yes. Project Management is a strong option for clients who are not local, travel frequently, or cannot attend site regularly. Ninedots provides on-the-ground support throughout construction, helping you stay informed, maintain quality assurance, and keep communication moving even when you are not close to the build.

Yes. Project Management includes progress payment review during construction as well as handover assistance toward the end of the build. This gives you added support at two of the most important points in the construction process: when payments are being made and when the home is nearing completion.

Project Management is provided at a fixed fee of $9,900 inc. GST for projects under $500,000. For larger or more complex builds, pricing is generally tailored to the value and scope of your build. Travel fees may also apply.
