Your Build Advocate provides independent oversight throughout construction. This includes stage inspections, helping you understand builder communications, reviewing progress, identifying concerns early and providing practical advice so you can make informed decisions.
How is Project Management different from stage inspections?
Stage inspections assess workmanship at specific points in construction. Project Management combines those inspections with ongoing guidance, support with builder communications and practical advice throughout your build.
Can Project Management start after construction has commenced?
Yes. Contact us to discuss where your build is up to and we will advise how we can best support you from that point.
Will you communicate directly with my builder?
We work alongside you rather than replacing you in the process. You remain the builder’s client, and we help you understand builder communications, prepare questions and raise concerns clearly, supported by our inspection reports.
How often will I hear from my Build Advocate?
You will receive practical advice and recommendations following inspections and key project milestones, and your Build Advocate is available throughout your project whenever questions or concerns arise.
