Can you review documents during a consultation?
Yes. We can discuss relevant documents such as quotes, variations or builder correspondence as part of your session. Where a comprehensive written review is needed, our Builder Quote Review or Builder Contract Review may be a better fit.
How long is a consultation?
Your first consult is a free 20-minute call to understand your situation. After that, consulting time is booked by the hour based on what you need to cover, and can take place by phone, video or on site.
Can Build Consulting lead to other services?
It can. If your situation would benefit from more comprehensive support, we can recommend relevant services such as Builder Selection, Contract Review, Building Inspections or Project Management. There is no obligation to proceed.
