Ninedots was founded in 2013 by Director Rebecca Hall, to provide a platform of support for buyers looking to build a new home or investment property. Pioneering the concept of a Build Advocate, Ninedots helps clients to navigate the often complex residential construction process with ease allowing for an optimal build outcome.
With over 60 years of combined experience in residential construction, investment acquisition, design and project management, the Ninedots team is uniquely placed to guide clients through every stage of the build journey. Operating from our purpose-built national office in North Geelong for nearly a decade, we’ve built strong professional relationships with builders, developers and partners — yet remain proudly independent, with no direct affiliation to any one provider. This ensures our focus is always on each client’s best interests, delivering tailored, cost-effective and streamlined solutions.
Our collaborative approach not only simplifies the process for clients, but also creates positive working relationships with builders, helping projects run smoothly. Today, Ninedots supports home buyers and investors across Melbourne, Ballarat, Bendigo and the Greater Geelong corridor, with an expanding presence in Adelaide (Playford, Gawler, Barossa Valley and Mt Barker), Sydney (Sydney, Parramatta, the Hills District, Northern Beaches and Greater Western Sydney growth corridor), and a newly established USA branch in Meridian, Idaho. With growing franchise partnerships, Ninedots is proud to be expanding nationwide and abroad.
