We develop a detailed brief based on your goals, budget, lifestyle, block and design requirements, then identify the builder best aligned to your brief. Every recommendation is based on suitability for your project.
When should I engage the Builder Selection Package?
Ideally before you commit to a builder, pay a deposit or sign a contract. Engaging early gives you the most choice and the greatest opportunity to identify gaps, exclusions and concerns before you are committed.
Do I have to choose a builder you recommend?
No. Our role is to help you make an informed decision. The final choice of builder is always yours.
I've already chosen a builder. Can you still help?
Yes. Builder Quote Review and Builder Contract Review can each be booked individually, so you can still have your quote and contract reviewed before you sign.
Can I add Design Support to the package?
Yes. Design Support is available as an optional add-on if you would like help refining your floor plan and improving functionality before construction begins.
